Which lens should I start with?
Evening is the standard pair - wear it from sunset until you start winding down. Add Deep Red if your last hour before bed needs to be stricter, or Screen for long daytime screen work.
Can I wear them over contacts?
Yes - they are regular glasses. Over prescription frames, no; contacts, no problem.
Do they distort colours?
